How is shipping handled?

We ship pan-India via FedEx, DHL, Delhivery, XpressBees and Blue Dart, in three-layer packing: 20mm foam, cardboard box, and an export-quality wooden crate. Every shipment is transport-insured — until it reaches you, it’s our liability.

LED mirrors are delivered in 5–7 days, framed mirrors in 7–10 days, and cabinet mirrors in 10–15 days — pan-India, Kashmir to Kanyakumari. Bulk hotel-project orders take 20–30 days depending on volume.

What about returns and replacements?

Transit damage or a model difference is replaced free — just share a clear unboxing video recorded within 48 hours of delivery. Once reviewed, we schedule a re-pickup (repack in the same wooden crate), and your replacement goes into production as soon as the pickup is done.

Installation, warranty and service?

Any electrician or carpenter can install it — we share a written guide and video. You get a 5-year manufacturing warranty on the electronics and lifetime service support.
